In July of 2002, founder and owner, Troy Axe opened Legacy Renovation Products, & Services, Inc. in Tacoma, Washington.
He put together a plan and a team to better serve the commercial historic wood and window restoration market in the Pacific Northwest.
Now almost 15 years later, Legacy Renovation is the region’s recognized leader in historic building wood window and millwork restoration. We’ve had the opportunity to work on a number of high profile historic renovation projects throughout Washington State including the Morrison, Cadillac, and OK Hotels. Other projects include Tacoma’s Albers Mill, the University of Washington – Tacoma, the Meeker Mansion, Port Townsend City Hall, Fern Hill School, the Cobb Building in downtown Seattle, and Fort Lewis Army Base. We’ve had the privilege of working with some of the nation’s leading historic renovation architectural firms including McGranahan Architecture, BCRA, BOLA, Stickney/Murphy/Romine, Gene Gruhlich, and BLRB. The same can be said for the general contractors we’ve worked with. They include RAFN Company, Lease/Crutcher/Lewis, Dawson Construction, Compass Construction, Centennial Builders McKinstry, Korsmo Construction, CHINN Construction and Exxel Pacific.
And we’ve only just begun. There are many more projects on the horizon that will allow us to be part of the preservation of our national heritage. We look forward to being part of your next project and the opportunity to be of service.
